The agreement will bring ten locations in the Texas markets of Austin, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio in retail centers. The franchisees developing Tapville are Felix & Nicole Waller, who operate other entertainment businesses in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
