Red Arrow meats are smoked in-house with hickory wood for a smokey flavor that enhances the flavor of the meat. We serve our barbecue with Kansas City sweet or Texas spicy sauce. Our offerings include Baby Back Ribs, Hot Links, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken.
Our prices are transparent and inclusive of gratuity and taxes. Our staff participate in a revenue-sharing program. Tipping is strictly at the discretion of patrons, and is neither required nor expected.
