Join us for a PiYo class followed by beer, cider and wine from a 48-tap, self-pour wall! Certified PiYo instructors lead you in an invigorating 45-minute routine. Afterward, you may use your $10 Red Arrow Tap Room Pour Pass to enjoy a beverage of your choice from the many selections offered. The $10 Pour Pass is included in the registration fee.
Please wear comfortable clothing to exercise in and bring a yoga mat (limited mats available) and water.
What is PiYo?
PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility—all while having a great time doing it! PiYo was created by Chalene Johnson, the founder of the Turbo Kick system. It is designed for people for people who want the mind-body benefits of a yoga or Pilates workout, but with a higher-energy, higher-sweat class.
